I have checked all the fuses, connections to the cluster, changed the thermostat, changed the thermo sensor, and still the gauge doesnt register at all.......

any thoughts on what else this could be, would be appreciated.

 

You've checked the connections to the cluster, what about the rest of the connections? Do a continuity check from the cluster to the sensor, along with any power or ground going to the sensor also. Checking fuses doesn't mean you're getting power. Fuses don't blow if there isn't any current running through them.

 

yea, I have checked the connection to and from the sensor to the gauge, nothing is cut, nothing is disconnected.
