uh oh...I have the same intake too . Well hopefully my story ends up different. I already got all/most of the water out though, and not a whole lot came out. So we'll see.

i did this atleast 3 times on my old car/old motor. All i did was pull out the plugs and try to crank it for a good 2 minutes.Put the plugs in let it try to start(so the motor would suck air through the intake)then pulled the plugs again and cranked it.Worked fine for me.

Okay well we did a compression check tonight, and we tested 3 cylinders and all three didnt even bump the gauge. We took the valve cover off and the engine is turning, but not starting. Any help? (btw the spark plugs look fried, but there is still SOME spark in them).

Or you could put the car in neutral.

Put a spoonful of oil in the spark plug hole. Compression test again. If it still fails, your valves are done.

Damn if this is the Integra this makes me sad, it still feels like my car because ive been walking for the past five months. Im finally about to get a car, an Audi A4 1.8T so i can finally stop thinking about the GSR. Take care of her man. It'll be worth it to replace that head if its needed. Take it easy.

Yeah it sucks. I've babied the car all this time just to have this happen. I took the head off today and it looks like the only thing that'll need replacing. Already have one lined up too. But I might end up selling it after putting the new head on so I can get a 4door.
