When I go out on tows for a flat tire I usually have to use the grips cause they've lost the key...works for me

man. that's like a number 1 priority tool. you shouldn't have tools or work on a car without vise grips. versatile and damn handy.

Pep Boys sells a socket specifically for that purpose, it digs into the lug and pulls it off like a bolt extractor. Unfortunately it destroyes the lug, but saves the stud.

same thing happened to me, stripped my lug, but i took it to pips.. he did the same thing STK CRX did. worked like a charm.

im sure if u bring it to one of those places, they can get it off for free.
