Default stripped screw

I was trying to take off my rotor today, and there are two phillips head screws that help hold the rotor in place, i got one out no problem, but the other one wouldnt budge.... not even after pb blaster and slight vibration from a tapping hammer. so i got out my cordless electric screwdriver and tried loosening it. the screw didnt budge and now its stripped. I failed inspection because i was missing a stud on the hub.. now i cant get it fixed because of a little 3/8inch screw... any recomendations on how to get that bastard out?

you are going to have to take a chisle an try to knock it around. i have actually knocked the head off of one of those screws before. then i used a pair of vise grips to get it out of the hub after i got the rotor off.

heat up around the screw, dont heat up the screw. the heat will cause it to expand = no no. you want the metal surrounding it to expand, then grab it with some vice grips. worst case scenario, pick up an ez-out kit from sears (~$20) and drill into it and remove the screw.
