Dont know what type of angle you have on it, but maybe notch the outside edge like this "v" and outside edge, place a flat head or punch on the "v" you made and try to tap it with a hammer in the direction you are trying to turn it. sounds wierd, but I have done it before. But it is hard to see the room you have to work with around that particular piece.

Put a bolt in that hole, weld it, remove bolt.

Never know, the "shocker" effect we use to call it at the shop works sometimes.

If you can so this, this will be your BEST bet at this point. Never fails if you get a good weld on it

TY for the help guys.. Welding seems like the way to get these bitches off.. And will I have to replace the rocker shalf since the easy out seems to be stuck in it and if I see no damage once i pull it out is it safe to put it back in?

I can't say since I don't know much about welding yet, but I will say make sure you have a good welder tac the bolt on. I had to try a similar idea (mick actually gave it to me) a while back when I broke a banjo bolt off inside a brake caliper, needless to say my inexperience with a welder warranted replacing of the caliper

And if your unsure of the rocker arm, have a good shop or machinist look it over
