Stripped ALLEN bolt.. ANY IDEAS?
As I was in the process of changing out the LMA's, I noticed the intake rocker shaft allen bolts are stripped..
I am looking for some ideas on how to get them out any positive advice is what im looking for thanks..

a:....tac weld a nut to the top of them and use a wrech
b:...take a grinder and cut a slit in the top to make it look like a flat head screwdriver slot then hope it comes loose...
i would use option a...

So easy out ended up breaking inside the rocker shaft.... this looks like some bad news I have had no luck at all.. At this point should i replace the head?

i could have told you that would happen...even snap-on ones will break...
did it break off in the bolt? after you drilled it?

My idea if you are still stumped: (hope not)
Dont know what type of angle you have on it, but maybe notch the outside edge like this "v" and outside edge, place a flat head or punch on the "v" you made and try to tap it with a hammer in the direction you are trying to turn it. sounds wierd, but I have done it before. But it is hard to see the room you have to work with around that particular piece.
