Default Random bogging

I have a stock 91 crx si and at random times while im driving my car the rpm needle will start moving up and down all crazy and the car starts to get this jumpy feeling. After that happens sometimes (hasn't happen since i got oil changed about 2 weeks ago) my car will just shut off while im driving or at a stop and it wont start back up and ill wait like 10 min or so and it starts up fine. If anyone out there could help a brother out I would grealty appreciate it. Thx

I would start with wiggling wires while your car is at idle, like grounds and ignition wires.

if the oil was low before you changed it that could have a lot to do with it....
