I'm looking at a 92 Park Ave Ultra for a winter beater. It has a self-leveling suspension in the rear (I believe), everything is sound, and strong. The only concern I've got is that when you shut the car off the air pump will remain on for a few minutes. Any input as to if this is normal, or not I would greatly appreciate it.

My Gma has a 91 olds nintey eight and it has the air ride suspension and hers does the same thing. It will turn on whenever the car is unlevel.
