Default Overheating Issues

Ight I have a B18C1 in my 92 Hatch and im running the stock radiator now here is my issue, at first the water pump was bad and I replaced that, put a new ECT (was bad also) in, and a new thermostat. Car ran great at the normal spot for a little while. Went on a long drive (about 150mi's) and the temp gauge fluxuated a little (rose and came back down) and didnt think anything of it, maybe it was an air pocket or something. Well today I was on the highway getting it in 3rd and shifted into 4th noticed it was going up a bit and let off the gauge went back to normal. I dont know what to think now give me some ideas or suggestions. Im stumped. Should I upgrade my radiator?

well the motor has 80k on it, the headgasket does not leak but it probably could use a change. I know many peeps using the stock radiator with b series swaps. Any OE upgrades I could do that are fairly inexpensive?
