Default overheating help

I have a 91 honda civic lx and i cant figure out why it is overheating. So far i have replaced the thermastat and flushed the system with a flushing system. Right now it overheats when i am moving at any speed other than idle. The upper radiator hose is hot and the lower hose is cold. What is wrong with my car?

if it is the headgasket, you will be losing coolant and the motor will be smoking some white smoke.

when i flushed it out it didnt seem to have any blockage. I thought it might be the headgasket, that is the next thing i am going to replace.

cold air on a hot day?

i mean...anything besides a/c should be blowing Hot Air into the system.

it could be an electrical problem.
