one last problem

Default one last problem

Hey guys, got one last problem, the tensioner bolt on my engine for the timing belt, is stripped anyone know anyways to get the bolt off or get the belt on without lessening it? The bolt was a 14mm, which does not fit on it it is to big now, the 9/16's is a little to big, anyone have any ideas?

remove the bolt, drill out the hole outline on the pachage of a helicoil, and replace with a grade 8 bolt, sized for the helicoil.

get a steel socket... fill it with jb weld, -place the socket on the bolt and let the jb weld dry.... than remove the socket
