obd0 and obd1 differance
Like the thread says I was just wondering what the differance between the two ecu's are and are they hard to convert and is one better than the other. Whatever you know about the two would help. I'm looking to get smart haha.
They're just two different diagnostic generations, there is no better than the other. Better is whichever works with the engine swap you're doing in your car. There really isn't any reason to switch from one generation to another unless you're doing a swap, or have to tune with Hondata (which only currently supports OBD1). Other than that, do what's most convenient. Either one will run your engine very well if you use the right ECU for the job. Keep in mind that there are differences in other parts of the electrical system between the two generations, like the injectors and distributor.
