Hey guys, i already tried replacing the main relay, got a new one from honda, still nothing, what else could it be guys? Where is the ignition fuse located?

I have a manual but it's not that good, don't have the money to go buy the best. anybody know if the ecu is blown if it will stop the fuel pump from priming?
