If you take the sensor out you will stay in open loop and run stupid rich.

my o2 sensor busted out inside the manifold ( i have an extra one though)
so i guess ill pull it apart and replace it the, i just thought since im running a fuel managament system that it would make up for it

Fuel management or not you don't want to stay in open loop all the time. Depending on the ECU your timing can be affected and your long term fuel trims will definitely be affected. It's just my opinion but if you're using a piggy back you only should tweak the fuel trims for wide open throttle use and let the ECU do its 14.7 when at half throttle. You're in open loop at WOT so it wont make a difference.
