WOW...well I had the same problem...SAME SAME THING and it was my TPS...check it out...it used to sputter like shit and then I changed the throttle body it was as good as NEW!

Why are you running Uberdata and now e-manage? Crome is the way to go...
Get rid of the e-manage piggyback bullshit, aside from AEM... Crome is the only other management I would rec. for a honda.
Who did the tune on your car? Was it a street tune or a dyno tune, or both?
Sputtering is generally an indication of a fuel system problem, bogging is a symptom of either too much timing, or way too little.
It could be your TPS. However, if your TPS is out of range it will throw a CEL, even with a chipped OBD1 ecu... It is doubtful that your TPS would be causing the problem if there is no CEL.

check your timing on the distrubutor as well, and see if there is any red dust in the dist. cap if you take it off. Quick easy cheap checks. I would do the spark plugs for the hell of it as well after the fuel filter. Do you have a catch can, if so, empty it.
Yeah I'm going to try everything tonight. I never thought of emptying the catch can.
