it is pretty much impossible to tell how much it will affect an individual car, basically it depends on your tune, the AFR at the RPM you are cruising, even the car itself will change that by the difference in weight and wind resistance compared to other vehicles with the same engine/transmission combination.

If I had to guess, I would say only a few MPG on a stock ecu/stock car...
