Default N/a honda tranny

I have an all motor honda with a gsr tranny and was wondering if i should switch over to a b16 tranny cause the gears are shorter

was just wondering what other people have found out from their experiences what a better all motor tranny is ?

That would help of course since the gears are shorter, but the best all motor tranny would be the JDM ITR, shorter 4th and 5th than the USDM ITR and it has the 4.7 final so overall 1-2-3 is a bit shorter than the USDM as well. USDM uses GSR 4th and 5th and a 4.4(?) final.

i'm running an LS tranny. It's all about what you want to do with it.

I've beat some cars that should have destroyed me, but the short ratios killed them.

Yes, go with a B16 transmission. Your fuel economy will decrease somewhat but if you want a little bit more torque at the wheels then it's worth it.
