Default My Clutch is Slipping

i just installed a after market clutch but im still using my stock fly wheel....
Its been slipping when im shifting 3rd to 4th

What might the problem be?

Did you have the flywheel resurfaced when you did the clutch upgrade? If not, that might be why it's slipping.

how many miles have you driven the car since you have put the clutch in???? you do know that you are supposed to take it easy on it for the first 500 miles or so to allow it to break in correctly.

if not then you may have a glazed clutch disk on you hands!!

my flywheel is a dual mass flywheel ... and u cant resurface them... can the slipping go away permenatley or will i have to fix it?
im driving it soft at the beginning and im graduatly giving more throttle as i get more miles i just made 500 miles
the highest rpm ive gon was 4000-5000
i redline at 6500

maybe you're just dumb fran.. and your tapping your clutch as your anxious to shift. haha..

my flywheel is different from other flywheels... its a dual mass flywheel, built to decrease engine vibration.... the flywheel was springs on it so therefore its not possible to resurface
