depends on the tune and kind of turbo as well as the kind of power it was putting down......

D-series rods are pathetic. i dont see how they could hold 20psi...on any setup...shit u could take a air compressor with 20psi of air inside, spray it at the rod, and it'd practically break. i wish i still had the picture of my eagle's compared to my stock ones.

my 91 si bottom end held a 75 shot for 3 months then held 10psi for a couple of months no problem, then i took the bottom end and put a 96 1.6 vtec head on it and ran 15 psi with alot of fuel and it held, but all the fuel washed out the cylinders so now it needs to be rebuilt. so my d16 was pretty strong. if anyone needs some parts for the d16 i have new srp low compression pistons, rod bolts and head bolts
