ls wont rev past 3500rpm
its a 99 ls bone stock besides the exterior..rims wing etc...im guessing the car is in limp mode but heres the issue ...CEL crankshaft position sensor and o2 sensor...installed a brand new dizzy and crankshaft fluctuation sensor ...any ideas?

OP... Why would you throw a dizzy at a car throwing codes for bad sensors?? Which codes... heater circuit? open circuit? above/below threshold??
Replace the O2 sensor and crank sensor... make sure the wiring/connections arent fucked up... reset the ECM... car will stay in limp mode until you reset.

Your car is in limp code because of your of the ecm and you have to check the code to see what it is and usually it can be a combination of codes making the car run in limp mode like the crank sensor and a tps sensor. Usually your car will bog and not run as strong because of this as well
