1992 honda civic 1.5fl engine wont rev up high
the engine wont rev high when u try it sputters like its revving up and down and its no where near the rev limiter also it will start right up most of the time but others it will not start for days sometimes i think its a sensor but i dont know id like any input of anyone who might know what it might be
