ls/vtec question

Unhappy ls/vtec question

Hey I just Did a ls/vtec conversion with a p28 ecu in my 90 DA integra. I have the obd0 to obd1 jumper harness with the vtec harness also. But my ecu is sending out code 20 code 20 is th ELD . The car starts but want stay started it idles up and down then shuts down. Would like to know why it is sending code 20 if u know something can you please let me know.

vtec pressure switch one side needs to be grounded. I think you need to disconnect or connect the eld, i can't remember what you got to do. The p28 is not a good ecu to run on that motor, hope you are getting it tuned.

A P28 is perfect for that engine, but yes, it needs to be tuned.

Thats what i was stating. I know plenty of people that will try to run the p28 on anything, The stock p28 (d16z6 program) is not best for his engine setup.
