ka with no spark

ok here it is we got a 93 240 it didnt have any spark so we replaced the ecu then it had spark but now for some reason it doesnt ?? on weird thing is that the red led on the ecu says on it should just for 3 seconds for the fuel pump..double checked the timming .. it has a new CAS/distributer on it ..shit is pissing me off!
