Default jdm B16A idle problems

Ok here is me pronblem..... I have a 92 civic hatch with a JDM B16A and when i start up the car when the engine is cold the motor jumps up to like 2800 rpm then when it gets warm it drops down between 2000 1500 rpm. i have no clue up what the problem might be but i need to fix ASAP

ANY SUGGESTIONS?

you idle seems a little high even after its warmed up. i believe the idle should be 900 for a b16.

Problem fixed you can Delete at any time
