sorry i dont know how much, but i heard you can go online and get it for free.
if you use a blade, try not to scratch the metal too bad, they have gastket remover at napa, makes it quick and simple...good luck

Just do it and be systematic. Go in there and get your feet wet. You wont learn anything unless you try. There is nothing to it if you have any mechanical ability

Download the Helms at www.hondahookup.com. Registration is free. No Chilton's or Haynes can beat that. Since this is your first time, I advice that you mark the sensor that you will be disconnecting. The hardest part of this project is taking that bracket off underneath the manifold. Also, dont expect a massive gain on HP.....
