My passat is a 1.8 T 2001 stock right now. I am about to lower it, probably within a week or two and I want recommendations on springs. I found some for $215 by B & G or something like that. Also i want to replace my muffler to give my car a better sound. Ive had several different people telling me shit so i just wanna know what would give my car a louder but deep sound (not sounding like a freakin lawn mower). I don't really wanna spend over 100 bucks. Has anyone found a decent muffler for that price? and where?

I know volkswagens are weird that's why i need some help. Most of my boys have hondas and stuff and i wanted to get something unique but i need help getting started.

dude just spend the extra 85 and get rokkors. full coilovers for only 300. just my .02. keep the exhaust stock!

well if you are going to use those, you are going to have to get some different shocks as well. and I do not think those springs you are talking about lower it that much. might as well buy coilovers
