depends on the donor car its easier to leave it as it is, my buddy converts everything he has to cable, he likes the feel better., thinks its less error in shifts its only foot pedal to cable, rather slave cyl, all the pluming, then the pushrods,, i like hydro way better, but on older cars brake fluid adheres to water easy so if not changed it looses it hydro characteristics, and the synthetic brake fluid is expensive.
