Horrible Idle/Throttle Response
Hey guys, I am in the process of a mini me on a 93 Civic
B7/Z6 Mini me and the thing is idleing like crap and the throttle response is horrible...what is going on. We have checked for vacuum leaks and cant find any.
We are getting one code a 43 which is a fuel problem or vacuum leak...dont know what it is.
Could it be my TPS sensor or my IACV sensor? Let me know guys, this is the daily driver and it isnt running well at all.
Thanks

Re: Horrible Idle/Throttle Response
Could my o2 sensor do that if it has gone bad? Because at first it was giving us an o2 code as well. Anybody know?

Re: Horrible Idle/Throttle Response
yeah... it's a problem with the software sucking, really, but if the o2 is giving bad readings, the ecu will try to dump a bunch more fuel in or something to make the o2 readings get back in line.... since that doesn't actually help, the ecu mistakenly thinks that it can't get enough fuel and throws a code 43.

Re: Horrible Idle/Throttle Response
Aight thanks for the help guys...I am going to check and make sure that my cam timing is right...i got info from a good source on here minimeturbodx and he says my cam timing probably caused this problem. But i will double check the tps and iacv and o2 so thanks for the info.
