i just put my motor in and i am not getting any throttle response at all,also after the car is running for a moment it slowly dies?

its a d15b8 bottom end with a d15b head,i know both are good because both motors where in cars of mine.And i know the tps is good because i have been using it for a while now and it was just working before i pulled the motor.

any ideas??
