honda 90' D15 B2 engine question. (runs on only 1 &2 cyl.) please help.

well, it runs. real rough. and somhow drives. but only on cylinders 1 &2. 3 and 4 are getting plenty of spark. not sure on fuel. but how could it not. if 1 and 2 are....

i can pull spark plug caps off 3 and 4 and no difference in idle speed....

its in a 90 civic 4 door.
