hid fitment question :)
Hey guys, hows everything?
I currently have size 9005 hid kit which was bought for integra i used to have, and traded that teggy long ago without any chance to install it.
And my little bro has evo x gsr that came without sss package(which means no hid, just halogen light). I've been wondering if 9005 hid kit will also fit on evo x. After a lot my research(internet here and there), I ended up with info that both integra and evo x have same number 9005 size bulb and that was it.
I believe that vadriven people will have better knowledge then random internet dude or me thats why im writing a question on vadriven, so lets not be mean to each other guys Please someone tell me if my 9005 hid kit will work fine on evo x. Thank you for your time.
btw, as English is my second language so lets put your negative comments about my grammar problems in your brain. Im pretty sure that my English is better than your Korean, just saying. lol

Thanx a lot man. One thing I've been wondering was that those H4 and H3 so on types of letters before numbers such as 9005 and 9006. But the internet does not say anything about for both teg and evo. Tommorow imma gonna try to intalll hid kit. Thanks again.

they're just other types of bulbs. my car uses H13's which are also known as 9008 (though I've never once seen them labled at 9008's). good luck

LOL at least you explained your shitty grammar.
IF the bulb part numbers are the same then yes. It will work.

I think the evo x gsr non sss is 9006 LB(Low Beam). You will need to get an HID KIT FOR 9006 . (Double check and do more research)
Integra 9005 is HIGH BEAM, Integra 9006 is low beam. So you have the High Beam bulbs
