Default Hesitation

Hey my friends Accord 95 4 DR EX 4 cyl, is hesitating around 2000 RPms.

The only thing done to it is intake, and Spark plugs. We thought it was the spark plugs, which is what the mechanic said. So we put old ones in, and its doingthe same thing. Trying to troubleshoot this problem.. Maybe its the Fuel Filter? Any idea would help.. It does it in all gears. Thanks

My mom's car was doing it and we changed the fuel filter and it worked fine again. But it might not necessarily be that.

Check your plug wires if it's not a coil on plug set up.
