hesitation wit crx

Default hesitation wit crx

hey guys havin a problem wit my crx. OBD0 B16A. When im crusin in 5th. gear at about 15% throttle my car starts to hestitate pretty bad, but when I increase throttle the hesitation goes away. I tried putting new plugs in and it stoped the hesitation for a few days but it starting to do it again. Im guessin its prob my dist.

Any help would be great thanks

If it is the distributer where can i get one for this motor.

id change the wires and fuel filter first

Might be throttle position sensor or MAP sensor.

check engine light doesnt come on though

You're assuming a total sensor failure. Sensors go bad in degrees sometimes. You may just need to calibrate the TPS. It could be the distributor though.

i agree try the plug wires and the fuel filter first. i had the same problem with my old stealth, and after i replaced the plugs and wires it was good to go.

check your o2 sensor also
