Default Help! Tranny or Clutch?

Drove car home about 70miles no problems, left to go out again and after coming to a stop when taking off car began to make a loud noise (grinding). Car then was stuck in 2nd gear and I drove home in 2nd gear the whole way and parked it. Checked shift linkage and pulled it out of gear by that and car is stuck in reverse now. Car wont move or come out of reverse now. What is most likely wrong? Clutch? Tranny? or Throw out bearing?
