Default HELP: idle issue

Okay so I was just messin around with my car yesterday and there is a sensor on top of the throttle body, then there is a blue sensor on the back of the TB or its on the back of the intake manifold. I have a GSR with a skunk2 Intake manifold, can someone tell me which sensor that is? Now If I have it plugged in the car will idle up and down from 1500rpms down to 0 and most of the time will cut off unless I give it gas. But if I unplug it it will stay at idle at about 1000rpms but vtec wont hit..... I plug it back up vtec hits but idle issue again.... Any clue? And which sensor is that?

yeah i figured out the one I unplug and its idles fine is the TPS... why would I need to clean anything? If I replace the tp sensor then everything should be fine correct? here's what I read.

A faulty TPS can cause driveability problems such as hesitation, stalling, an erratic idle, pinging (spark knock), no torque converter lockup, hard starting, an intermittent check engine light while driving, poor fuel economy, and generally poor engine performance. Erratic readings or momentary infinity (open) readings indicate a defective sensor. Full continuity (zero ohms) in either position would indicate a shorted sensor. If your vehicle is suffering from any of these symptoms then it is very possible your TPS is the problem

After reading this i agree. because I have to hold down the gas to start it and still it takes 5-10 seconds to start after it stalls out. It doesnt feel as fast as it should be, my gsr i had in the car before(2001 stock motor) was faster stock then this one which has been bored out to 2.0, lightweight flywheel, intake manifold, header, exhaust, whale penis intake..... My gas milage is HORRIBLE!. And the no brainer of course I got a check engine light too...
