(help) how to put a stock RSX 03 wheel on

i know this sounds really dumb but i have been trying for the past 2 hours tp get the rim on this f*ckin car im just trying to put the stock rims back on..and i cant the wheel wont go flush against the rotor and is cold as hell

is there a paticular way that you put them on??
