do they make any aftermarket steering wheels with airbags?

No but a few companies make aftermarket wheels that integrate the factory airbag. And you could always try to fit an OEM from a different car.

your best bet is to incorporate a more "sporty" OEM Honda wheel like CTR, JDM ITR, or S2000. But be carefull since you have a 6gen civic. JDM ITR steering wheels will not work unless you replace the whole steering assembly.
