help with cam timing

Default help with cam timing

need suggestions on were i should set my cam timing

b16a1 with itr cams spoon ecu full exhaust msd digital6 ignition
b&m fuel pressure regulator now there set at retard1 on both
i tryed to set them were tim from millenium said (int + 2 1/2 exh-1) and i lost all the power i had so i set them to -1 on both and its better but still has room for improvement any suggestions would be appreciated


p.s. dyno'd the car today and it dyno'd at 14.0 all motor spinning in first

If you had the car on the dyno, why didn't you adjust them while you were there?

bcause i could only do a 1/4 mile pull it was not a tuning session
