well i took my cat off and turned it upside down and i must have been covered in chunks of porcelain or somethin and i put a high flow cat on, still didnt fix it...

i have removed evry heat sheild that i can find and it still rattle's

 

Then you don't know what a heat shield is. They're literally everywhere. Have someone rev the engine while you're under it. Jack up the front of the car, but leave the rear tires on the ground. You lay under the car and have your friend start the engine. Have him put it in "D" and rev the engine. Problem solved.

do you have any kind of lip on your car? My muffler kinda bumps up against my rear type r lip sometimes... If you have the stock exhaust check the heatshield on your muffler, my friends had rusted part of the way off and was rattling sometimes. Remove the heatshield for your header, cat.....you are missing a heatshield somewhere around your exhaust!! NOTHING else goes GRRRRRRSHT for 200rpms and then magically goes away. Shit, make sure your intake isn't bumping up against something. I dunno, perhaps a wheel is about to fall off.

 

While your banned for 3 days, you may want to take that extra spare time on your hands to check your heat shields. That's probably the cause of the noise you're experiencing.
