Im no expert but i'm gonna have to go ahead and agree and say heatshield. if thats not it, remove then all, weld new ones on, and take those off too just for good measure.

mines the opposite...mine is more than 2 people in the car...grrrrrrrrrrrrsssht...but only until i rev the car up haha.....oh yeah check your heatshield...if its not that then find another heatshield and check it!
