Default Hearing a Loud Rattle at 3000rpm's

Anytime i give gas and i go above 3000rpms, i hear a LOUD GRRRRSSHHHT, then after about 3200 its fine again... i cant tell if its a bad exhaust hanger...(i kno prolly not that since ive held it and had someone rev it) or maybe something worse...

*edit* this is on a 95 240SX SE
