are you trying to see if the dc or painted black headers fit your b20? yes they should bolt right up. no need to post a stupid question twice

The exhaust flange is the same bolt pattern on all B series headers, but the B16 has a shorter deck height than a B18/B20. It is because of this difference in deck height that a B16 header will not fit on a B18 without messing up either the header or your oil pan.

while we are on this subject, my car recently had a lsvtec motor and the header had good clearance with the oil pan. now i swapped a b16a in and the oil pan is against the header?? doesnt matter cuz im boostin the car in a week or two, but it has me wonderin

i swapped a ls into a ef sedan after a b16 was pulled and all bolted back up the same.......maybe it had a ls oil pan on the b16......or maybe they are the same...when buying the headers they dont say it wont they say all b series

Kind of funny how that is...

I did some work on a Gsr swapped ek, the existing header that was installed on the vehicle came off of a B16a..

The header was resting on the oil pan, and the person who previously installed it was only able to get that far by denting the top side of the runners about 1/2" inward with a hammer.

I replaced it with a header that was designed for the B18, and the clearance was perfect.

Oh, also... The B16B has the same deck height as the B18 and is essentially a Gsr bottom end with a B16 crank and extra long connecting rods. Therefore it would use a B18 header...
