You've obviously still got a problem. Don't plug the ECU in until you get the wiring sorted out, or you'll have a very expensive problem on your hands. ECUs aren't cheap.

no joke.....my 240 did something a little along these lines but i was retarded and went with it and i had a CA18det in my car and that shit was HARD(that being an understatement) to find and was no where near cheap....

You got them reversed. Probably burnt us the little resistor in the ecu for the iacv also. Swap them around and see if it still does it.

When i plug in the iacv it idle surges
When i have them both plugged in it smokes from a tiny resistor in the ecu

I'm using a ls ecu so i don't burn up my tuned ecu


I took off the harness and the iat is red/yellow wire so i know it's wired right but the icav is suppose to be black/blue but it doesn't match up.


It was running 100% til national speed touched it.

I will try to swap the plugs and see...

If not can i run the iacv/iat directly to the ecu?
