that chip shit did it. most generic chips just advance timing and lean it out a bit. most all n2o kits say NOT to run aftermarket chips in conjuction with them. So happy birfday dumbass, you fucked your motor not the n2o.
I can get you another chip if you need, like a stock P72 chip or stock with the vtec and rev changed.. let me know, it's cheap.. There's no use to buy another ECU just because your chip sucks..

obd1 honda ecu's are easy to mess with..no need to buy anymore computers. Hell a CX computer can easily be made to run a turbo b20/vtec if you know hardware and what ur doing
