Getting no fuel or spark

have a 91 crx that i just swaped out with a b16a motor turns over but fuel pump will not turn on and is not getting any spark have changed the main relay and have double checked everything it looks too be fine please help maybe just overlooking something

check your grounds.

Their is a ground on the harness that needs to be grounded to the thermostat housing which will cause the car to not to get fuel or spark. Make sure you have that ground their

Not sure if you have a crank and cam sensor but make sure they are in the right spot and plugged in.
