check the fuses again all of them under hood and in the car, try another dizzy if it does get spark the fuel pump wont run either loose wire somewhere check the grounds and wiring at the battery

theres another fuse in the pannel under the dash that can make it do that so check all of them

check the ecu ground had the same problem and come to find out it was the ground to the ecu its on the thermostat housing

check ignition coil fuse. That was my fix to the exact problem
