If you sucked any significant amount of water into your engine, you sir, need a new motor. Water does not compress, which means other things in the engine have to, ie. Rods, Valves, Head gaskets, Pistons etc.

Hydro-locking an engine is a f'd up event, if you didn't break a rod and your block is intack, it can at least be rebuilt, with alot of new parts, otherwise, its block replacement time.

Take your plugs out and turn the motor over a few times, replace the plugs, try again. If that doesn't work you're fucked.

try this ^.

is the clicking noise comming from the starter? maby you got lucky and the water in the motor wont let the engine turn over, hope fully nothing is broke.
