f22b sohc turbo questions and concerns
i have a stock f22b sohc vtec motor, and want to boost it i want to get more power but not enough to ruin things and want the motor to last on boost...what amount of boost can i run safely on an all stock motor? and what is some small things that i can upgrade to make me gain more power and make my motor withstand more psi ?
first of all i have no idea of how the stock motor will handle the turbo stuff so im completely a newbie on boosting a stock "honda" motor .

There is no real "safe" level on stock components. Sure, you could probably run 0-10psi all day without problems. But anytime you add FI to a stock engine you're walking on a tightrope.

It came stock with iron cast sleeves so its actually a good platform for sohc with FI. and its never a matter of how much psi the engine can take, its a matter of how much hp certain components can handle.
