Depends on a couple factors, including amount of money you have to spend, and the power goals you are looking for.

For a quick, simple, cheap manifold and turbo, that will work just fine.

The only thing I will say, is don't cheap out on fuel managment. Please get your car tuned after you get the setup complete.

Good luck.

Here is a couple quick ideas to maximize the efficiency of that manifold.

Get the gasket you are going to use, both the gasket to the turbo, and the gasket to the head. The gasket holes should be bigger than the manifold holes; thus take a sharpie and make an outline on the manifold.

Then take a dremel and port that bitch open. Give you a little better flow, considering the runner openings on it are narrow as hell.

14b and hf mani are good for 170 easy and they are cheap. You will want more power down the road though, and those wont cut it.

x2 look into a cast mani for ac. Other than that, you'll make 170 easy with fuel management and a tune. I made 190 on 9psi and drive it daily and race on the weekends. Use name brand parts when possible and have fun with it. Beware of the turbo bug. More power will be wanted shortly.
