Default Electronic problem...

I know what I did after I did it... was getting my car jumped.. connect the terminals wrong.. it's on a 96 Mazda Miata.. wondering if I just blew a fuse or fried the whole comp.. and what I should do to fix it... I dun have hundred to send it to some shop to do.. yeah.. I expected to get flammed for being a dumb ass.. and I deserive it.. but I need help...

first check all your fuses the ones under the hood is the likeliest one to blow out start there i would at least

most cars have a battery fuse that prevent any further damage to ur electrical system if a dedede <for example> connects the battery terminals wrong.. so just check ur battery fuse it usually a 60 or higher rectangular fuse...
